AFTER YOUR ORDER
We process your order within 24 hours on weekdays. Customer service phone hours are Mon-Tue-Thu-Fri 09:00-14:00. Once the order is processed, the delivery time is 2-5 working days, and the package is trackable. You can easily track your shipment by clicking on the link in your delivery confirmation. We ship with DHL to your nearest service point; for international orders, we use UPS.
When the package arrives, you will receive a notification at the phone number or email address you provided during checkout.
RETURNS
You can return a product within 14 days after receiving your package. Any gifts/giveaways must also be returned for your return to be approved. Gifts/giveaways are non-exchangeable!
To make a return, please follow the steps below:

Send an email to: sales@sigrenjewelry.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Mail the return to:

Include the order number, your name, and the product name for any exchanges in the package. You are responsible for the return shipping. The returned products must be in original condition, unopened packaging, and unused. The customer is responsible for ensuring the product reaches Sägen AB, so save any tracking number.
If the customer received the wrong item, Sägen AB covers all return costs.

Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund within 14 days. We always assess the returned goods; if the product is damaged, scratched, used, or delayed, it will affect the refund.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable and have no return policy.
DISCOUNT CODES
No discount codes can be combined. Codes are not valid on 'Special Price items' or jewelry from our Archives category that is already discounted.
WOULD YOU LIKE TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Please return the products you do not wish to keep and follow steps 1-3 under the "RETURNS" section. Make a new order for what you want.
WARRANTY
All our jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty. If you have an older silver piece from us that needs repair, we can guide you to our skilled partner. Send an email to sales@sagensweden.com, and we will assist you.
